Products are products and sales are sales, whether they are people, places, or things, and whether your company is a for profit or non-profit.
The first thing to identify and have conviction for is the company’s, Mission Statement. Once written your Mission Statement must be implemented and supported from the “Top Down”.
Your Mission Statement needs to be reviewed yearly as part of your budget and strategic initiates to make sure it meets the company’s goals and the “End User”, who trusted you to provide “Gold Star” customer service to them, as well as to the “End User” they will serve.
When a company is overwhelmed and begins to take shortcuts, hires people without thoroughly checking credentials, or insists that certain elements of a process be eliminated due to expenses, almost always the people, places, and things their Mission Statement was written to serve creates a dissatisfied customer/client, and that negativity will move faster throughout a community than a lava flow from the eruption of a volcano destroying everything in its path.
Remember in business your company (for profit or non-profit) “Word of Mouth” that is “authentic”, “positive”, and “truthful”, creates success. When WOM is negative there is not enough money for advertising or social media that will change the opinion of your company and the products and services you represent.
“Say what you mean and mean what you say with honesty, integrity, kindness, compassion, humility and authenticity. It is always easier to tell the truth than to remember calculated misrepresentations in order to make the sale.
When you as an employee that works for a company that misrepresents the “End User” you infringe on the trust they have placed in you, ultimately the community at large, and subject your own body to being unhealthy.
Do the right thing and you will reap rewards seven fold.

Hi Jack,
These are the links I am currently using. Remember with me the content I post is segments of my programs not the entire working session. They are in person speaking engagements and one-on-one professional development business training and coaching. I currently do not have a subscription fee for my newsletter though will include that later in the year.
Thank you and hope to network with you in more detail.
